Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and acceptance

Ascendancify is intended for users aged 18 and older. By creating or using an Ascendancify account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users who do not meet it should not create or use an account. You must provide truthful information about your eligibility. Parental or guardian consent does not create an exception to the 18+ requirement. If we determine an account does not meet this requirement, we may restrict access. By using Ascendancify, you also agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate account and onboarding information, complete required email verification, and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for your use of the account. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Usernames and identity

Ascendancify may reserve, rename, restrict, or remove usernames that impersonate Ascendancify, staff, support, major brands or services; mislead users about official status; contain abusive or illegal content; or exploit reserved identities. Reserved concepts include Ascendancify, official, admin, moderator, support, and major company/platform identities. A username does not confer official status.

4. Account restrictions

We may restrict, suspend, or end access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, or maintain the service. Reasons may include not meeting the 18+ eligibility requirement; an abusive or misleading username; harassment or spam; fraud or other abuse; attempts to manipulate rewards or security; or other violations of these terms. If you believe a restriction was made in error, contact support at ascendancifysupport@gmail.com.

5. QRI

QRI is a virtual app progression system. It is not money, cryptocurrency, transferable legal tender, an investment, or ownership/equity, and has no guaranteed cash value. QRI Balance is the spendable in-app balance; Lifetime QRI is the competitive progression value. Spending does not reduce Lifetime QRI. Current intended positive rewards are +20 for full assigned physique progression and +20 for a completed Movement Quest, up to 40 per valid eligible day. Eligibility and reward verification apply. Systems and rules may be adjusted where needed for integrity.

6. Leaderboard

Rankings are based primarily on authoritative Lifetime QRI. Positions change as progression and enforcement change. Participation can display your username, placement, Lifetime QRI, and badge/tag/nameplate. Paid identity or cosmetic features do not provide extra QRI, multipliers, rank boosts, paid placement, or competitive advantage.

7. Fair play and acceptable use

Do not use automation or other methods to falsify activity, manipulate training or movement progression, exploit or duplicate rewards, gain unfair leaderboard results, or interfere with service security. Do not impersonate others, violate applicable law or others’ rights, or disrupt the service. Violations may lead to progression adjustments, feature restrictions, leaderboard removal, or account restrictions.

8. Fitness and safe use

Ascendancify provides general fitness and self-improvement functionality, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare guidance. Exercise according to your ability and circumstances. Stop exercising if you feel unwell or experience concerning symptoms, and seek appropriate professional help where necessary. Training suggestions do not replace qualified professional advice.

9. Movement estimates

Steps, activity, and distance may be estimates. Accuracy varies with device hardware, sensor availability, device placement, background restrictions, and walking pattern. Distance is not GPS-measured or a medically/scientifically certified measurement. Reward verification may use session summaries.

10. Scripture reader

The Bible reader provides books, chapters, reading progress, highlights, bookmarks, and reading position using WEB-labelled Bible text. Reading state is primarily local and is not promised to synchronize account-wide. Providing this reader does not make a religious or interpretive claim on behalf of Ascendancify.

11. Starter and planned Pro

Starter is free and includes core training, Movement Quest, QRI, full leaderboard access, the WEB Bible reader and reading tools, basic analytics, QRI Shop access, standard cosmetics, and standard support. Pro is coming soon: planned additions include advanced analytics, Pro leaderboard identity, exclusive cosmetics, and priority support. Purchasing is not currently offered on this website. Pro does not grant competitive advantages. Purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund, and entitlement terms will be provided when subscriptions become available; these terms do not establish an active paid subscription.

12. Support

Email ascendancifysupport@gmail.com is the support route. Support functionality is evolving; we do not promise live chat, instant replies, 24/7 availability, or guaranteed response times. Planned Pro priority support means requests may receive higher handling priority.

13. Account deletion and ending use

You may stop using the app or request deletion through its account deletion flow or by email. Sign-out ends the authenticated session; it is not deletion. Deletion attempts to remove account-associated data from active systems, subject to backup, log, legal/security, and device-local limitations described in the Privacy Policy and deletion page. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal requirements, or violations of these terms.

14. Content and availability

Respect applicable rights in the software, branding, and content. Using Ascendancify does not transfer ownership of them. Features and availability may change, and uninterrupted service or error-free estimates are not guaranteed. We may make reasonable corrections to progression and reward records to maintain integrity.

15. Your legal rights and changes

Nothing here excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibilities and liability remain subject to applicable law. We may update these terms as the product changes and provide appropriate notice of material changes where required. The revision date identifies the current terms.
